Enrollment
Bethel MDO currently accepts infants and children ages 6 weeks to 5 years old. Registration online must be completed for your child to be considered for admission. Admission is not guaranteed until the application fee is received. If class capacity is reached, your child may be on a free waiting list.

Two-Day Program

2024-2025 TUITION:

$400.00 a month for ages 1 years old to 5 years old

$480.00 a month for ages 6 wks to 12 months
20% Sibling Discount off the second child enrolled
$100 Enrollment Fee due upon registration
$50 Supply Fee due twice a year
DROP-IN CARE:
Monday-Thursday 9:00 AM -2:00 PM
